This upper-body sculpt session focuses on defining and strengthening the arms, shoulders, chest, and back. It’s a workout from my 4 week Lean program available on my web app! Each workout is just 30 minutes long and focuses on building lean muscle and burning fat.
In this workout we’ll power through two upper body circuits including quick burnouts between each one. Then we will finish with a spicy Tabata finisher to make sure you’re really feeling the burn!
The pace is steady and controlled, maximizing time under tension to build lean muscle while reinforcing good form and posture. Ideal for building symmetry and upper body strength.
Dumbbell Recommendations: (per dumbbell)
Light: 3-5lbs (1-3kg)
Medium: 10-15lbs (4.5-7kg)
Heavy: 20-25lbs+ (9-12kg+)
