Cracked my tooth… just from lifting heavy.

Clenching down on squats and leg day adds more pressure than you think.

My dentist told me this is more common than people realize especially with lifters.

I didn’t use a mouthguard… and I paid for it.

Now I don’t train heavy without one.

This is for the younger guys, the advice I never got.

I’m almost 50… and this could’ve been avoided.

A $10 mouthguard would’ve saved me a cracked tooth.
