Your chest isn’t the problem… your setup is.

Set your base first:
Retract the scapula (shoulders back and stable)
Chest up.

Bring the elbows slightly forward
so the chest can actually do the work.

Press with control… not ego.

I like going single-arm here,
it lets you open up the chest,
align your body better,
and drive straight through the movement.

More chest. Less shoulder👊
