For bodybuilding… the risk isn’t worth the reward.

The barbell bench press builds strength
no question.

But it also puts you in a fixed position
with a high load and limited freedom.

That’s where things go wrong.

For powerlifting? Makes sense.
For the average lifter? Your call.

But for bodybuilding where symmetry and detail matter, one injury can change everything.

I’d rather train the chest
with control, angles, and longevity in mind.

Build muscle… not setbacks👊
