Just bring 10% of motivation and I will transform it into 110%! Not even joking, even if you start unmotivated. THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR MIND 😀 Cardio is always fun if you do a Pam Dance Workout – right?

▸ Just have fun! Even if you cannot follow a specific move, make it your own… or do Jumping Jacks instead!
