Day 10 of the M21. You have officially reached the halfway mark.

Today we are switching things up with a new sequence. A small break from the usual routine but you will still get your muscles and heart working.

Note: Everyone moves at a different pace. Just to stay on track if I move on before you finish your reps just follow along. Do what you can and keep the momentum going!
